 Wear shinpads  no metal studs

 be ready at least 15 min before KO with 10 nominated players (7 + 3 subs)

Yellow Card = 2 min Sin Bin, Red Card = 2 match ban & £10

The Implementation of below scales of disciplinary action is subject to ALLIN7ASIDE Manager’s discretion:

A8	Spitting or other unseemly behaviour	4 weeks & £10
A9	Serious foul play	4 weeks & £10
A10	Offensive, aggressive, insulting or abusive language directed towards another player	4 weeks & £10
