Our 7aside football day cup tournaments take place every second Sunday of every month only at House of Sport, Outdoor 3G in Cardiff. Bespoke medals are awarded to our top 3 teams each month with colours of seasons (Spring Green Jan-Apr, Summer Orange May-Sep, Autumn Burgundy Red Oct-Dec) along with other prizes. Your team must win a day cup in all three seasons in a year to join our Hall of Fame and be invited on international weekends.

Group stage games are 30 minutes each whilst quarter, semis and finals are 20 minutes each. Each team therefore gets 3 games of 30min guaranteed with breaks in-between. Two teams go up from each group of 4. Those four teams that make it to SEMIS get a prize, 3rd, 2nd and 1st get another prize.

Entry prices are £130 per team. You can have up to 15 but you need min 10 players. Players List and Payment by transfer is due a month in advance and by making the payment you accept our terms on the Rules page.
