• Cardiff Day Cups: Every second Sunday of every month only at House of Sport, Outdoor 3G in Cardiff. Bespoke medals are given to top 3 teams each month with colours of seasons (Spring Green Jan-Apr, Summer Orange May-Sep, Autumn Burgundy Red Oct-Dec) along with other prizes.

  • International Weekend Cups: We offer our teams the opportunity to participate in international tournaments each year in Spain, Turkey, and Vietnam in partnership with our 7aside organisations abroad.
